The episode starts with Suman and Preeti offering to take Thapki to her room... "I'm fine," Thapki says, "don’t worry." "We're happy that you're with us," Suman says. Dhruv comes there and says, "Nobody is happy with your presence here, Thapki. With you around, our wounds will just get deeper."
"Especially Bihaan's," Shraddha adds, "now that his real enemy is just an inch away." "But Bihaan asked her to stay," Suman says. "Just because Bihaan said, I'll agree," Dhruv says, "but she has to stay here on a condition." He looks at the moon and says, "You and Bihaan can't stay together! You've to stay away from him forever!" Shraddha smiles.
"You've already snatched my life, my love, my Aditi," Dhruv tells Thapki, "I won't let you snatch my brother too. Never come in front of Bihaan again!" Suman and Preeti go after Dhruv asking him to reconsider his ultimatum... "Did you listen what Dhruv said?" Shraddha asks Thapki, "Leave this house! Go and live your life with your daughter,"—and reminds her of that letter which she claims can put Bihaan to death.
"I remember everything," Thapki replies. "Oh! Dhruv is also against you today. Remember that too," Shraddha tells her before walking away. "I'm sad that Dhruv is holding me responsible for whatever happened to Aditi and Bihaan," Thapki says, "How will I win his trust back? How will I pull him off Sa'raddha's trap?"
Later in the night, Thapki gets up and walks in the house with the help of a walking stick. She recalls all the happy moments in the family. Thapki Pyar Ki sad song plays. She goes to Bihaan's room and sees Bihaan and Tina sleeping. She smiles. She closes the door.
Bihaan gets up on hearing the sound of the door. Thapki tries to leave. Bihaan comes out of his room and looks out, but finds no one... Thapki goes to the storeroom and sees binoculars. She recalls Bihaan gifting it to her to show her stars. Sankar comes there and says, "You are crying.
I thought you will be happy to stay here because of leg sprain. You won't get your old life back as Bihaan will be away from you forever. Just stay at a corner and never come in front of him if you value his life,"—then leaves... "Even if I don't come in front of Bihaan, I'll stay with him," Thapki says, "Bihaan won't have those wrong medicines, I'll stop him from taking them, then he'll become like old Bihaan for me, his kids, and his family."
In the morning... Thapki comes out of the bathroom and tries to tie her dress. Bihaan admires her from a distance. "It isn't right to look at Bani's mother like this," he tells himself. He closes his eyes but her spark still pull him. Thapki sees him. He walks inside the room and helps her tie the dress. Bani comes there and says, "Unbelievable! You both have become friends." Tina says, "You people look good together, really." Sankar also comes there and looks angrily. Thapki thanks Bihaan. He says, "Sorry," and leaves. Sankar also leaves
"Even though you've a memory loss," Thapki says, "your heart still beats for me, and that gives me strength to fight for you."
Sankar asks Bihaan not to worry about Thapki and gives him medicine to take after eating. She keeps the medicine on the table. Thapki thinks to stop Bihaan from taking that medicine somehow. She gets a slingshot from Bani's bag and targets at the medicine as Bihaan is about to take it. She shóots and the medicine falls down from his hand. Sankar scolds Bihaan for dropping the medicine and says that she'll bring another one.
Bani comes to Thapki and asks her to come out. Anu, Bani and others ask her to play with them. They blindfolds her. Tina brings Bihaan there and asks him to play. Thapki tells Bani that she can hear her. Bani asks her to catch her. Thapki catches Bihaan instead of Bani and opens the blindfold. O Ranjhana plays. Thapki's scarf falls over Bihaan. They have an eye lock. Dhruv comes there and sees them.
Thapki recalls Dhruv asking her to stay away from Bihaan. She thanks him and leaves. Bani and Tina plan to unite Bihaan and Thapki to complete their family. They say "we'll become sisters then" and hug each other. Thapki receives Bihaan's medicine from a delivery boy and thinks to replace it as soon as possible.
Sankar comes and asks her to give her the medicines. She tells her that she's staying in her house forcibly and asks her to leave. Bihaan comes. Sankar gives him medicine and goes to get water. Thapki gets tensed and wonders how she'll stop Bihaan from taking the medicine. She's about to take it from Bihaan's hand when Sankar comes and gives him water. Bihaan swallows it. Thapki closes her eyes and feels sorry. "I couldn't stop you from having that medicine today," Thapki says sadly, "but soon I will."
Later... Thapki thinks to exchange Bihaan's medicines. She asks herself where Sankar kept them. "Why did everyone leave Thapki alone and went to the temple?" Shraddha, who's alone in the house, asks herself, "Thapki will do something for sure. I'll check on her." Thapki gets the tablets and thinks to exchange them with vitamin tablets. Shraddha is coming there. She comes to Thapki's room and finds her missing.
"Where could she go," she asks herself, "even though she has a sprained leg." Thapki manages to exchange the medicine. Someone comes and hides with Thapki. Shraddha comes there and looks for her. "Where is that stammerer?" Shraddha asks. Thapki sees Vasundhara and gets emotional. They hide from Shraddha.
Shraddha thinks that Thapki might be outside and leaves. Thapki hugs Vasundhara and cries. "I was yearning to see you," Vasundhara says, "and was living in the hope that you'll return." She gets emotional. "I went from here because of Bihaan," Thapki says, "and came here for him only."
"You did right by informing me about Sankar and Shraddha," Vasundhara says, "they've been troubling my son and giving him wrong medicine. I'll kick them out!" "Not now, mother, we have to be careful," Thapki says, "as they've a letter claiming that Sankar isn't the real Sankar but her lookalike and it can take Bihaan to jail if misused." Vasundhara nods and says, "We'll solve the problem together."
Shraddha calls Thapki. Thapki comes and asks, "Why are you shouting? I was on the terrace." "How did you get there," Shraddha asks her sarcastically, "when you couldn't walk properly." "Talk with some respect, you black hearted woman!" Thapki replies, "I just went to take my clothes from the terrace." Shraddha gets angry, removes a dagger and says, "I know something is going on in your mind. If you try to be extra smart, then..." She points the dagger towards Thapki. Just then, Vasundhara comes and shouts, “Shraddha!”
