The episode starts with Thapki getting lemon water for Bihaan. She says, I spoke to a doctor who said your body's water level might be low. He holds the glass and her hand touches his. He looks at her. She says, it's good your health didn't get worse, we all were worried for you after what priest said, I bet all would've gone well if Kosi didn't take you. He keeps the glass back and says, wait, she didn't take me, I went with her, you always blame her. She says, I didn't mean that. He says, I understood what you meant, leave from here. She cries and says, you are not understanding me, I don't want anything wrong to happen to you. She leaves.
Kosi says, it all went wrong, snake and ants, and then Thapki reached hospital, John has less time left. Doctor says, we got saved today, but no one should know this, I have to find another place to do the operation, give me some time. Kosi says, fine. He asks her to make Bihaan eat the powder at night, that medicine is necessary for operation, it will mix with his blood. She ends the call and says, Thapki's fate is good, she got saved from becoming widow today, I will see till when she stays fine, Bihaan's kidney and life must be snatch from him.
It's morning, Bihaan keeps clothes on bed and is going to have bath. Kosi asks, how are you? He says, fine. She says, I wish you stay fine till my work is done. He asks, work? He says, I will teach you, fix the button now. She says, I know this fixing. He says, it's good, fix it. She stitches the shirt. He holds her, saying, your needle can hurt me. She pierces him with the needle and says, this happens when you get too close to me, stand straight...it's done. He asks, so fast, and plucks another button. He says, oh, I think my fate is bad, this button also broke. She goes to stitch the button and opens his shirt. He asks, what are you doing? They smile at each other...flashback ends. Thapki says, I will stitch the button. He says, I will wear the other shirt. She says, you taught me how to stitch. He says, I taught you a lot of things but you don't remember all that. Kosi comes there and asks, what happened, is everything fine? Thapki leaves from there.
Kosi asks, what happened? Bihaan says, nothing, Thapki just called me for breakfast. She asks, did you take the medicine, it was to be taken at night. He says, I didn't. Kosi sees Thapki hiding something in her palm. She stops her and asks, why are you tensed, are you hiding something? Thapki says, nothing. Kosi says, you are lying. Thapki says, my palm is paining, I will get breakfast. Kosi goes. Thapki looks at the button and gets sad. She says, I remember everything Bihaan, we should listen to our heart, but I can't believe Kosi is true and right. She cries.
Kosi gets angry and tells Naman that Thapki has hidden the medicine, what should we do, shall we kill her? He says, it's not easy, if you do this, they will doubt on you. She says, we have to find a way to kill her without leaving doubts on us, I have a great idea on mind.
Kosi's man brings kulfi icecream sticks and an ice box. She says, I will make kulfi this time, I will not mix anything, everyone will have it. Thapki asks Bihaan, are you annoyed with me? He says, I don't want to say anything that might distance our relation even further. An ice slab slides near the stairs. Bihaan and Thapki step on it and hold each other. They have an eyelock. They both slip as the ice slab stops near the carpet. He asks about the ice. She says, I got this to make kulfi, I can do anything for dear ones. He says, yes, if loved ones are deserving. He goes. Kosi says, he is so angry, give him some time, everything will get fine.
Preeti tells Vasundara that Kosi can't change, there is something fishy on her recent avatar. Thapki says, I also feel she is doing this to divert our attention. Vasundara says, till there is peace, we can't do anything. Preeti says, Dadimaa always says such people can be clever cheats. Dadi looks at Lord Ganesh's idol. Thapki says, I don't know where Dadi is. Vasundara says, she will come soon. Dadi picks the idol. Thapki says, once she comes, Lord Ganesh will not let her go again. Dadi cuts the rope by the idol's edges. Thapki says, Lord Ganesh will get Dadi back soon. Dadi gets free and says, I will reveal these devil's truth to everyone.
Kosi plans to put a lethal knife in Thapki's kulfi, which she believes will kill her once it gets in her stomach, leaving no evidence, as the ice will melt out every proof attaching them to her death. Naman asks, what will you do if Thapki gets saved? Kosi says, she won't get saved. Preeti comes and says, wow, I love kulfi, make a sugar free one for me. Naman says, it's all fixed now, nothing can break it. Kosi sees Dadimaa coming and gets shocked.
