Kudos NTV for bringing out that Report entitled "Goon State". It takes a bold and non-compromised media to carry out such an expose'. Kenya is slipping to dungeon and if not checked it will be a "gang land". .. oh, about the 4 Stars; I normally dont give a 100 per cent. There is always room for improvement.
