The story begins with paco ,the elders son of Sonya Alipio,being sent to give some staff to his mother.After delivering the staff,Sonya will tell them,paco and Domeng to go dress up because there's a fiesta event in one few minutes ahead.At the event ,Paco will insist on running ahead so he'll be in front and see what's going on.But accidentally,he gets an heart attack condition that took part of people's concentration.Paco gets rushed to the hospital in the help of Sonya's police friend.The doctor will tell Sonya that Paco needs to undergo an operation to keep him alive.And that operation should take 36hours .
The hospital bill for paco will be 500,000 which his family can't afford at the time but the doctor is willing to help whenever he can in his power to keep paco alive.Sonya will go start looking for money.She will go to Edward Lamoste who is the CEO of Educare and his company had gone bankrupt. The people who invested in the company all want their money back, including Sonya Alipio.She needs half a million to pay for his operation.Edward tries to escape and one of the people stuck his car with a stone.
Sonya goes after Mr Lamoste to ask for her money back but he has none to give her. Instead, he offers an outrageous deal. He proposes to give Sonya his expensive watch, which she can pawn to get her money, in exchange for killing him. He hopes the money from his life insurance will go to his wife, Jean and daughter, Anna. Sonya refused to take the deal and they argue. She ends up shooting Edward by accident and runs off. Sonya pawns the watch and pays for Paco’s operation. Her son survives at the expense of Mr Lamoste’s wife.
Edward Lamoste get rushed to the hospital.Same hospital where paco is.The doctors tries so hard to wake paco up,,same case with Edward.But finally,Paco makes it ,but Edward doesn't.He's sent to operation room,ICU, to complete the process.Sonya and Edward's wife,Jean meet up at the church .They cry then walks out .Upon reaching outside,Sonya gets shocked that Jean is Edward's wife.She also saw their daughter.She then recalls what Edward said when he was lying down.She makes a quick turn and heads to the rest room to try washing away the blood that splashed on her shirt.
At the hospital,Sonya is taking care of her son Paco.Then she sees the news about Edward being aired out .Later on , paco wakes up.But his mind is still in that fiesta festive.The following day,Sonya heads to the police station to report the incident that happened.But then George,the police,stops her to ask some questions about paco.Then they see the police holding, Gabriel,that he's the person who shot Edward.Sonya hides her face when Gabriel pass in front of her.
She runs away but then decides to go confess .The old man who witnessed everything that happened that very day, approaches her and tells her not to go in to confess because things may get worst..
