The episode starts with Thapki giving Bihaan a bowl with 50 million cheque and telling him that if he wanted charity money, he would've asked her instead of begging from outsiders. Vasundhara watches the drama from the balcony. Bihaan gets angry and asks Thapki to keep the begging bowl with her, and promises her that he'll earn the 50 million in 1 month, through hardwork not charity, then kick her and her husband out of the house. He tears the cheque and throws at her. Vasundhara gets teary. Kabir tells Thapki that her illiterate Bihaan will never mend his ways.
Thapki wipes her tears and says, once my Bihaan decides, he gets it done anyhow, I'd seen that avatar in him when we used to stay in the cowshed, he'll earn the 50 million and slap on your face, Kabir. She asks God to help Bihaan win and apologizes for the awful words she used against Bihaan, saying, until I insult Bihaan, he won't take up this challenge. Vasundhara comes there and says, have faith Thapki, Bihaan will be successful; very soon, he'll make everything fine. She gives her holly water and asks her to drink it to calm her heart. Sankar overhears them and recalls Neha asking her to make Thapki drink the magical water to connect her life with that of the gold fish. Vasundhara tells Thapki that her gold fish will bring her and Bihaan together.
Thapki is about to drink the holly water when Sankar throws something on floor, attracting her attention. Thapki stops and goes to check. Meanwhile, Sankar sneaks to the temple and adds the magical water in the pot. Thapki returns to the temple and drinks the magical water thinking it's holly water. Neha and Sankar witness this. Neha smirks. Sankar asks her to show her what the fish will do afterwards. Just then, she sees the fish pacing up in the pot. Neha says, that means Thapki is already connected to the fish. Thapki prays to God with her eyes closed.
Aditi wakes up and slips on stepping on the floor, but, fortunately, falls in Dhruv's arms. Dhruv says, I'll be with you and your baby always. Suman comes there and asks Aditi if she needs anything. She requests Dhruv to give Aditi some medicines and says, the coming baby should be like Dhruv. Dhruv says, no, my baby should be like Aditi. Shraddha overhears them and says, only my baby will be like Dhruv. Dhruv asks Aditi to rest and says, I'll bring water for you. He bumps into Shraddha, who's standing at Aditi's doorstep. Shraddha tells him not to worry as she won't do anything wrong with Aditi. Dhruv says, and you'll never do.
Neha takes out some fish food and says, see what happens with Thapki once the fish eats this. She puts them in the bowl. Thapki is cleaning her laptop. She gets shocked on seeing her eyes turning red from her laptop's screen. Sankar is shocked too. Neha smirks. Thapki checks her eyes in a mirror. Neha smirks. Thapki sees blood coming out of her eyes and gets scared. Vasundhara comes there and gets shocked on seeing blood oozing out from Thapki's eyes. She tensely says, I'll call the doctor—and goes. Neha smirks.
Later, Doctor examines Thapki's eyes, puts some eye drops in them, then says that she has a wound in her eyes, and prescribes some medicine. Bihaan comes there and asks Vasundhara what happened to Thapki. He calls Thapki by name. Thapki opens her eyes and sees him. Bihaan recalls Thapki insulting him and gets angry. He taunts her. Thapki stops Vasundhara from informing him about the blood oozing from her eyes.
Vasundhara goes. Bihaan tells Thapki that he knows the cure for her illness. He writes on a paper that betrayal is her medicine. He insults her and tells her to keep breaking people's trust. Thapki cries. Bihaan says, you can insult me whenever you want, but will finally come back to your senses. Thapki cries. Bihaan collides with Kabir on his way out. Kabir says, only 28 days are left for the 50 million challenge to end.
Neha holds Sankar by the neck, suffocating her, when the latter doubts on her. She frees her and says, I'll show you now... She pours a portion of the gold fish's water into a bowl then holds Sankar by the hand and takes her near the house's circuit box. Sankar asks, what are you doing? Neha asks her to just watch and enjoy then pours the magical water on the circuit box. It sparks. Sanjay thinks to call electrician as lights go off.
Sankar says, if anyone sees us together then... Neha asks her to keep quiet and see what happens next. Thapki comes near the circuit box. Neha says, this's the power of the gold fish's magic, now see how Thapki will dance to our tune. Sankar gets shocked. Thapki sees the circuit box sparking and goes close to it. Sankar gets shocked. Neha smiles. Thapki is about to touch the circuit box when Sankar stops her and asks, what you are doing here? Thapki says, I was in my room. Sanjay comes there and says, don't touch the circuit box, I've already called the electrician to repair it. Sankar thinks, whatever Neha said was true, Thapki has become a puppet, now we can do anything with her.
